Certain features of AINOT may be subject to payment. All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, recognizing that violating these Terms will result in automatic termination. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
AINOT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide a premium and highly accurate intelligence experience, AI models can occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. You are responsible for verifying critical information generated on the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AINOT operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or within the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
